Avengers: Infinity War – The Things To Know Before Watching It! (Part 2)

Infinity War is one of the most groundbreaking films that will bring tons of superheroes the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has introduced. In addition, these superheroes of all time will be teaming up as one to fight a common villain, Thanos. Furthermore, Marvel Cinematic Universe has a lot of crossovers and cameo from the different heroes that will surely make your mind a little bit confused.

On our Part 1, we already have mentioned the first and main cast of the Avengers. Here is the Part 2 of the list of characters and series of events that happened on Avengers franchise and solo movies.

Spider-Man

Peter Parker’s character was first seen in Captain America: Civil War (2016). Tony Stark get Peter a grant from one of his foundations. Tony found videos of Peter fighting crime and decided to recruit him. Spider-Man joins the side of Iron Man in enforcing the Sokovia Accords. Spider-Man participated in the epic battle between Team Iron Man and Team Cap. Peter Parker started by stealing Captain America’s shield. He had a one-on-one fight with Captain America.

In his solo movie Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), Peter Parker was given a super suit by Tony. He protected Queens, his hometown, from Vulture. Tony offered Peter to be part of the official Avengers.

Black Panther (2018)

Wakanda has one of the biggest roles in the Avengers: Infinity War. Wakanda will be will be the home of the sixth Infinity stone that Thanos is looking for. It also has served as the home of Buckey. In addition, Black Panther’s success will definitely continue in this movie.

 White Wolf

Shuri, Black Panther’s sister, healed Bucky Barnes from cryogenic suspension and Hydra’s mental reprogramming and hypnosis. Bucky then lives in Wakanda where he was named as White Wolf. He will join the fight as the location of the battle has gone to Wakanda.

Scarlet Witch And Vision

Scarlet Witch first appeared in Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) while ‘Vision’ appeared in Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015). He developed feelings with Wanda Maximoff in Captain America: Civil War but they have taken the separate sides on the conflict of the Sokovia Accords.

The couple gained each other back in Infinity War. However, tragedy is on their way as Thanos search for the Infinity Stone stuck in Vision’s head.

War Machine

As Tony’s best pal, Rhodey will definitely take the side of Tony against Steve. With this, Vision who is on Team Cap’s side will accidentally hit Rhodey. As a result, Rhodey becomes unable to walk. But Rhodey has regained the use of his lower extremities with the help of Stark technology which he will use to join the battle in Infinity War.

Guardians Of The Galaxy (2014)

Star-Lord, Drax, Groot, Rocket and Gamora prevented Ego and Ronan from causing two separate chaos. Giant Groot sacrificed himself in order to save others. Rocket regrew Groot’s twigs by sapling leading to the introduction of Baby Groot.

Baby Groot almost steal the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017) due to his cuteness, adorable toddler-like behaviour and his unending line of “I am Groot”. In Avengers: Infinity War, Groot has grown into adolescence and Mantis will become part of this family.

Doctor Strange (2016)

Stephen Strange assist Thor in looking up for his father in Thor: Ragnarok (2017) and one of Strange’s greatest weapon is the Time Stone which is one of the Infinity Stones that Thanos is up for. Hence, imminent danger is just lurking around Dr Strange. He will join Iron Man and Spider-Man in Infinity War.

Falcon

Just like Rhodey with Tony, Sam Wilson showed his loyalty to Steve Rogers. Hence, he helped Captain America and Black widow on their underground mission.

Ant-Man

As of this writing, there is no announcement yet if Ant-Man will be playing a role in Infinity War.
