Jennifer Lopez simply avoids vices

It’s really hard to avoid vices such as drinking and smoking. For some, it is a big part of their happiness to get out of their stress. But in case of JLO, vices do not make her happy instead she avoid it.

JLo told Us Weekly, “I don’t drink or smoke or have caffeine. That really wrecks your skin as you get older.”

She eats a lot of healthy green veggies

Vegetables work a lot for a healthy body. And yes it seems to JLO’s body.

As for food, J.Lo said to US Weekly “We eat a lot of green vegetables, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, broccoli and kale”.

She meditates

Meditation can slow of aging and makes you glow. It can give also a peace of mind and reduce stress. That’s why JLo never looks worn out.

JLO revealed to INSTYLE, “I also definitely think beauty comes from within – you have to have keep your mind, soul, body and spirit in sync. I am a firm believer in meditating and when you are happy and feel joy and love, you radiate beauty”.

Hydration is important for her

Hydration is essential to make your body clean through your sweats. As JLO wants to drop a lot of sweat, she drinks plenty of water whenever she workout.

“First of all, hydrate. Drinking plenty of water, especially before a workout, can help you push harder and get more out of your exercise routine”, JLO said to Hello.

She really protects her skin

Skin is one of the most parts you should take care of especially for women. Most of the times we’re in a busy day which tends to forget to protect our skin. But for JLO, she keeps to do it.

“I never go to bed without taking my makeup off, [and I use] night creams to keep my skin hydrated. As for daytime, SPF is k-e-y. She faithfully uses the brand’s moisturizers with SPF every single day.” You have to protect your skin, she told to People Style

She also shared that she never tried to stay longer out of the sun.

A workout is her priority

A workout is big challenge for everyone. Oppositely, JLO loves to workout.

Can you start to love it too?

JLO revealed to Hello, “I am 100 per cent convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy. Dance has always been a huge part of my life and taking the time to move my body and do something that’s so good for me is key to my happiness. And I really believe that when you take care of yourself and work to stay healthy, you’re better able to take care of those you love. So working out is definitely a priority for me.”

She gets a lot of sleep

Sleep is the best beauty regimen ever. When we are asleep, cells repair and rebuild themselves. Nothing can beats with a good night sleep even the most expensive night creams!

 JLO shared in INSTYLE, “The number one tip is to always get enough sleep. I can’t stress this enough. Ideally I would love to get nine or 10 hours of sleep, but either way, I always make sure I get at least eight.”
