CBS has recently announced that they officially picked up “Scorpion” for its 3rd season. Because of that, executive producer Nicholas Wootton teased via Collider on what fans should expect when the show returns. Whootton stated,

Walter moves at his own pace and his pace is extremely slow. We see that he has these aspirations and in order to know what you’re missing you have to see it threatened. We’re showing Walter what he could lose. Patience will pay off. We keep those relationships [Paige Dineen  and Walter O’Brien] in mind. We’ll take care of you, we promise.

In addition to that, Eddie Kaye Thomas, who plays the character of Toby Curtis, expressed that he wanted to give life to the character of Agent Cabe Gallo (Robert Patrick), Design n Trend has mentioned. Because of that, fans have speculated that Robert Patrick will no longer be a part of season 3.

For a quick recap of the sophomore season’s final episode (episode 24) “Toby or Not Toby” TV Guide reported that, Happy Quinn (Jadyn Wong) said no to her boyfriend Toby Curtis proposal. This is because the latter remained married to her estranged husband.

On the other hand, Paige Dineen (Katharine McPhee) chose Tim Armstrong (Scott Porter) over Walter.

Scorpion Season 3 is scheduled to premiere on October 3, 2016 first and exclusive on CBS Television Network.

“Scorpion” is an American action drama TV series developed by Nick Santora.
